Horrible service had a appointment by 245pm didn't get seen until 345 didn't get treated or the help I needed ,did it get out of there until 5pm totally waste of time

I had FOUR appointments this week with different Doctors or Bloodwork. After spending over 50.00 at the pharmacy the next week the Doctor changed my scripts. It's hard to afford a Free Clinic. Most of the Doctors are rude & condescending with accents that are hard to understand at times. I waited 4 hrs before I could leave one day. I feel like crap everytime I leave

Suzan is not only a kind doctor but also a beautiful soul. She listens carefully, explains clearly, and truly cares about her patients. My uncle was treated there, and we were very impressed by the level of attention and compassion he received. Mass Clinique is doing an amazing job serving the community.

I get that it's a free clinic and everyone there is volunteering their time and effort, but after going to this place for more than 3 years I expect at least the communication between doctor and patient to improve over time, but it's always been the same, like today for example. My appointment was for 11am, which seemed okay because I work at 2pm I sat there for an hour waiting for my doctor before they finally joined the meeting and gave me some information and asked for verification of income which I have no problem with. What really pissed me off afterwards was that they made me wait until I couldn't wait anymore so I had to leave. Now I don't have my dystonia medication, I have to reschedule for probably another week which is going to be agony without my meds. Nice work MASS.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to [MASS] for the free treatment I received. The care and compassion shown by the entire staff were beyond exceptional. Their commitment to helping those in need is truly inspiring. I felt supported and respected throughout my entire experience. Thank you for your generosity and for making a difference in my life!

I’m giving this 5 stars because it deserves it. I have health insurance, so I don’t go there, but I brought someone there that works and has none. He has Diabetes 2. They helped him beyond my expectations! Not only did they see him, but they also helped him with his medication, including supplying some of it, and with understanding what his life would have to be like, to continue with any success. I totally applaud them. They also reached out beyond the language barrier with a great bilingual and very patient translator. Kudos to them! They are wonderful people. Yes, they are new refugees to our country. But boy, are they great. And I am so thankful that they are here! Accept their grace and kindness as you need them. They are truly worthy and deserving of our love.Thank you, MASS, you have helped him so very much. I speak highly of you! On another note, I understand, MASS also has a food pantry there. In times of need, for those without, we need to remember the hungry, the poor, and the homeless. Thank God, we have some great people right here amongst us, so near and so caring! Love is love! In 2023, the staff was friendly and respectful. Both the nurse who took my vitals and the providers were friendly, knowledgeable and informative. The providers were very thorough with their intake questions and tended to my needs. Excellent overall experience. Highly recommend. Update: The quality of service has gone downhill. They've made some rookie mistakes and decided to drop me as a client rather than correct them. I spent months trying to find and qualify for another service and lost valuable time.

Wonderful clinic who has the patients best interest in mind! No other clinic in Jacksonville we've called would help us unless we were both unemployed, although we are below the poverty line. We made an appointment online and were seen by a doctor for my husbands ongoing stomach pain. It is better to make an appointment online than walk in. Making an appointment is super easy. The staff was always very quick to reach out to us directly to confirm appointments, make sure we did not have any questions and follow up with us. They were able to provide a no cost referral to have blood tested at another facility, and gave us a coupon for a pharmacy for a prescription that normally would have cost over $120 that brought the price down to less than $10! We would never been able to seek medical help with the rising costs, and now my husband is finally on his way to a pain free life after YEARS! We cannot be more grateful for their help. You do not have to be part of the Muslim community, we are just 2 southern white people. All different backgrounds of people in the waiting room we were chatting with. The entire staff was kind and welcoming, even offering us snacks. Shame on anyone who woul
